Position Summary:
Convert data from specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications and solutions using Microsoft .NET Technologies.
- ASP.net web application development.
- Use Microsoft SQL Servers to design, develop, and maintain database.
- Consult with managerial and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
- Test programs and software applications to be sure they produce the desired information and the instructions are correct.
- Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs.
- Designs and codes layouts for onscreen user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.
- Reviews user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations.
- Generate client requester reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.
Computers:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have proficiency with office computer equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to see things at close range - clear vision at 20 inches or less.
Work Environment:
Office environment. Temperature steady. Will walk/move from one work area to another as necessary. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
