Programmer

 

Position Summary:

Convert data from specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language.  Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop software applications and solutions using Microsoft .NET Technologies.

-Consult with managerial and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.

-Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and the instructions are correct. 

-Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

-Use Microsoft SQL Servers to design, develop, and maintain database.

-Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs.

-Designs and codes layouts for onscreen user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.  

-Reviews user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations.

-Web application development.

-Generate client requester reports.

-Other duties as assigned.

-Analytical:   Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

-Communication:

-Computers:  To perform the job successfully, an individual should have proficiency with office computer equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio.

Project Manager

Position Summary:

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of project are accomplished with the prescribed timeframes and funding parameters by performing the following duties:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review project/plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.

- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and arrange for recruitment and/or assignment of project personnel. 

- Coordinate with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. 

- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

- Participate in sales demonstrations as needed.  Support coverage of conference booth as needed.

- Provide support for applications (analysis, testing, Change Control, coordination with client)

- Perform QA for project implementations and application enhancements. 

- Resolve conflicts and manage client expectations to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Provide documentation for client and IWT.

- Other duties as assigned.
